Final post

so this is the last class and so it means this is the last post, i actually enjoied writing these posts here it was a fun exercise for writing and some topics like the post about two pictures made me look back and think, just think about my life, how it was and how it is, i didnt really think of how it will be as it was more of a nostalgic mood. i could say that my least favorite topic was the web-quests because i didnt had to think or remember as with most other topics, it was also a nice way to start the day, arrive earlier than usual to then take a seat an just write wathever you thought of (of a certain topic of course) until the break. to be honest i dont think i will be bloggin ever again, im not enough of an public person, but i shurely will be writing but just for myself as an exercice of introspection and self knowlege, writing makes your brain translate emotions into words and to do so the brain has to be capable of recognize what it is that it feels and be able to defin...

today im going to talk about some pictures of moments in my life, these pictures are from not long ago and honestly searching for pitures i realized i dont have that many pictures of when i were younger, maby because at the time pictures were still analog and the pictures i have are all in a case somewere in my house. i also realized that i havent changed that much since i got my phone on 2020 (judging for the pictures i found) and im still feeling like that year was yesterday. the first picture actually at FAU and you can actually see the "Titanic" behind me, i was playing guitar for a friend who was performing at a welcome activity for people maby this year or the one after, 2024 or 2023 i cant rebember but anyway i should had been like 22 or 23 not much younger than what i am today. i really like this picture because its been hard to mantain a conecction to music studing such a demanding career and these moments were i can really experience it at a higer level than just si...

A school teacher

i think that the teacher who left the biggest impression in me, was my history teacher, he wasnt very expresive or very close to the people in school but he was very clever, he knew a lot of everything so he had a very solid view of the world and everything that happens in it, you could speak of any matter and you would get a really reasonable opinion. i think this was wat it marked me the most as he took very seriously his job of teaching, more than what he was meant to, he thaugt us a lot of politics, international issues, national issues, civical education and the way things work when you get out of school. some things that i think are to, or have already been selected to be thaugt at school nowdays. however the class itself was something that i really enjoyed, as it was very dinamic, no powepoint reading or any presentation, just the whiteboard, the marker, and a lot of knowledge to be passed on to us and maybe a disscusion about some of the class topic. i must remeber less th...

Test Correction

in high shool i changed from the school thath i went to my whole life, so i didnt know anyone, i arrived early and everyone was talking with each other, so i stood alone in the back of the classroom, and then the teacher arrived and a classmate told me "come, take a seat", his name was Clemente and that was the first time we talked to each other. We quickly became very good friends as we had a lot of common intrests and listened the same type of music, we had a great curiosity from every little thing that we could find like a mathematical problem, a lizard in the park, a random thougt, everything could be intresting.  at that time he wanted to study philosopy and i didnt have a clue of what to do. now days he is studing maths, not to be a teacher, just plain maths to be a mathematician, and that is exactly what i woul a have gessed back in school. we dont see each other too much, mostly at common friends birthday celebrations, i miss him a lot but he is really hard to locate...

New York Web-Quest

1- Statue of Liberty: the only way to visit ellis island and the statue of liberty is by traveling in a ferry which departure from new york (battery park) and new jersey (liberty state park), but is easier to departure from new york if youre going in public transportation, there are 4 types of tickets with 4 diferent prices:  -Crown reserve, $25.30, this ticket is the olny one wich will get you to the top of the statue.  -Pedestal reserve, $25.30, this ticket will actually cost the same that the crown reserve, but you will only get to the pedestal of the statue, so i would prefer to be on the look for the crown ticket, althoug everyone else will try to get it too.  -General Admission, $25.00, this one is actually the cheaper ticket, not by a lot, sadly, but it will get you coser to the statue, only closer, because it only gets you accses to the statue of liberty national monument and ellis island museum.  -Ellis Island Hard Hat Tour: $75.00, the most expensive ticket...
the purpose of this space. this space is to share some thougts about music theory in general, think about what makes sound musical and understand the psicological phenomenons behind what we experience.  theory is just a tool to communicate what a song make us feel.
